- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible First Impression. I'm sure this is a nice dental office however, as a potential new client they have horrible telephone manners. I called during the week and spoke with Elizabeth who said she would call me back right away as she was on the other line. 6 days later I'm still waiting for her to call me back. I even called back later that day with my contact information and they still never returned my call. Though if this the type of customer service typical at this practice I'm glad im not a client. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Amato and his wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable before and after my dental procedure. The nurses explained everything they were doing and also re-assured me. Reception staff were pleasant and organized. Dr. Amato is awesome and the procedure went very well. Overall great experience. I highly recommend Royal York Dental. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in Toronto for work when I had a dental emergency. I called to schedule an emergency appointment and they were able to see me that day just a few hours after I had called. It turns out that one of my molars had a chunk missing and was infected. I was given the choice between a root canal or an extraction and I chose to go with the extraction. The extraction appointment was booked the very next day. The entire process from start to finish was amazing! I forget the name of the surgeon who removed my tooth but she was very professional, honest, and helpful every step of the way. She took extra care and precaution to make sure that I was comfortable and safe before she did anything. The entire staff at this office are extremely kind and friendly. I would 100% recommend this dentistry to anyone with any dental issues. 5/5 stars! Alixby Al DoMarch 21, 2017
