  Horrible customer service. Rather than serve the customer, the cosmetic girl is too busy gossiping over the telephone with her friends, and then she continues chatting over the phone while ringing up the customer. The cashiers are more inclined to give their own kind of people priority service over the other customers. The workers they hire are unpleasant and have poor work ethos. It is sad how this store has deteriorated.

  Serious attitude issues at the Cosmetics counter. Probably due to lack of customer service training. The personnel is extremely rude and unprofessional. Picking up fights with customers and wouldn't know when to stop, even in front of the manager and other customers. Should have been fired on the spot.

  I've worked in the area 15+ years and lived nearby for several of those, using this as my primary pharmacy). They 'lost' my previous prescription history I only learned of this when picking up a prescription - they had entered it into someone else's profile. That person could have picked up my prescription, no questions asked. When I flagged the issue, it was completely brushed off. I've taken my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
