- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer Service is terrible at this location. Ladies working at cosmetics are pleasant for the most part and always willing to help whereas the front end cashiers are rude, and unprofessional with their overall service. Always in a bad mood and grumpy and speak to the majority of customers in an annoyed and aggravated tone. As an individual who works as a customer service cashier myself, I think this is completely unacceptable. They definitely need to get trained in delivering better customer service. Im very disappointed in my experience from the cashiers because i come to this location all the time since it is the closest Shoppers Drug Mart to me.by Dina KociMarch 08, 2017
