  Terrible store. Owner is clearly disinterested and comfortable that business will forever remain strong. Never, ever enough cashiers. He/she does not care in the slightest how long you have to wait to be attended to. Those that are there are predominantly rude and abrasive. Much like Overlea, the pharmacists can sometimes help redeem them on the rudeness and abruptness scales; but it is too little, too late.

  Very poor customer service. All the sales persons busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer. The cosmatisian does want to help by saying that she does not know OLay brand. At the aisle customer can't find any sales people.

  Everyone there is courteous accept one dude. I enjoy going there everytime even if that dudes working. Its a miner issue. Really I dont expect amazing service from a shoppers drug store. Hotel service and ttc service are some places with reason to have higher standards. Love the hating comments haha for the sake of standards much!
