- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪way to be professional, there are Dr's who got in the field to help others and give genuine service and than there's Mr. Silver, I wouldn't even want to refer to him as a Dr. unfortunately. Save your time and patience and get an appointment with a different professional, he is either going to cancel and reschedule multiple times or give a mediocre service and feedback.
