  If you visit here for walk in , you have to wait forever. I was waiting 2 hours and I found out I had not been registered after I complained. Then I was waiting for 30min more after that. Reception was very incompetent. So was the doctor. He was very mean and rude. You would rather going to the emergency.

  I didn't even see a doctor, nor did I spend more than 3 minutes in this clinic before walking out. I stepped in to see a doctor at 4:45, knowing that the clinic closed at 6. This was the earliest I could be in considering I work until 4, but wasn't anticipating it to be a problem as the clinic was still open for another hour and the waiting room was quite empty. Well, I go to talk to the receptionist, and she doesn't make eye contact or stop what she's doing, and brushes me off by saying in a rude tone that "the doctor is leaving at 5 today." I asked if the doctor would be leaving at 5 the next day as well, and they said no, the doctor would be staying the full time. I proceeded to ask if I could then come in at the same time tomorrow and see the doctor, and they flat-out said no, without an explanation. I requested to schedule an appointment, and they told me that 4:30/4:45 was simply too late and it would be impossible to see the doctor. This makes no sense to me whatsoever and makes me feel extremely unwelcome. I was nothing if not completely polite but was refused medical attention that I really needed. This is the only clinic in my area open after 5, so the only one I stood a chance of seeing a doctor at, but apparently the doctor takes off early and the receptionists don't care to provide potential patients with other options. I hate this place.
