- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pretty poor experience the time I went for cleaning. I wasn't planning to leave a bad review, but I keep getting their Incredibly spammy SMS messages to push me to use the service. Not only in their marketing SMS did they misspell my name, which made me feel like they don't know about me/ care about me, but the actual cleaning I had was really uncomfortable. Specifically, the entire time they put the device in my mouth, they placed it way too deep in my throat that I thought I was going to gag or choke. The whole time I only wished it would be over soon, because it was way too uncomfortable and I didn't like the feeling that I was going to gag and choke to death. Not to mention, the bill I received ended up being much higher than it was originally quoted. I paid regardless, very quickly so I could get out of there. But I feel extremely disrespected as a patient/ customer, to this day. Despite multiple requests to stop the SMS marketing messages, they still continue to spam my phone, for a year now?*This was at Yonge/ Steeles location.by East Asian in CanadaJune 22, 2017
