  Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner is one of the nicest people you could talk to. Would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who is interested in reptiles.

  First visit to the store today and was blown away for the excellent customer service they provided! Plus it's a very bright, well ventilated, spacious store, with lots of healthy looking reptiles for sale ^_^ ! I called in 10 min before closing to confirm availability of frozen mice and that I was on my way to the store if available. One of the employees help me to have my order ready at cash by the time I arrived. :) Then while I was paying, I asked if they could refer me to a close by Reptile Vet, and after the cashier provided me with the information, Nelson the store owner (I believe) offered to take a look to my snake in person or by pictures and provide his opinion on whether I needed a visit to the vet or not. Later that day around 10:30PM, I took some pictures of my snake's affected area and sent them to the Facebook Messenger for Tails & Scales and within 5 minutes Nelson replied back to me and put me at ease with my concern. As I said earlier, this was my first visit for a small purchase and I felt appreciated like a long-time loyal customer. Well, they definitely have one loyal customer now! :)
