The friendly secretaries always greet you, making you feel very welcomed. The hygienists are very thorough and gentle and are there to make the most positive experience for everyone. Dr. Bernstein is always looking for feedback and ways to improve all elements of his office, and it is very clear as he has an amazing team who is ready to spring those plans into action.
